An interactive and energetic activity that builds teams, increases customer focus and removes internal barriers!
Within a specified period of time, the challenge is to maximise the number of balloons delivered to specified locations. Groups are divided into four teams and within each team there are three main roles.
Blowers - Bashers - Stuffers. Blowers must blow up balloons, Bashers must "bat" balloons from Blowers to Stuffers, and Stuffers stuff balloons into nets. The four teams are working in the same space but their balloons will be going in different directions. Balloons which fall to the floor are liable to be burst by the quality marshals.
The Challenge: Will people focus on the goal or be distracted by apparent opportunity to undermine the efforts of others? Will they interpret the word maximum to mean that they must beat the other teams or see it as a common unifying goal?
The Mechanics: Balloon Chaos is played in two rounds, the challenge in round 2 is to dramatically increase performance over round 1!
