Code Name: Enigma teaches teams the skills necessary to diagnose, learn and self-correct in a changing, fast-paced, results oriented environment. Code Name: Enigma allows participants to explore and practice team building principles as Secret Operations Agents deciphering missions in a fast-paced, problem solving environment. Operations Headquarters reveals the mission at hand and teams are off to carry out a series of clandestine operations. It's a high stakes arena characterised by a constantly shifting environment. From one mission to the next, the teams, goals, challenges and solutions will continually change.
