...delivered roadshows for an entire organisation to communicate new strategy, this took for form of eight one day events for 110 people with various activities through the day.
...worked with an organisation to help them formulate a fabulous big idea (FBI), something they're passionate about, it makes money and they are the best at doing it. Then it was about bringing it alive through the people through a series of off site FBI days!
...delivered 12 x two day workshops to communicate new direction for a major brand. The days were a mix of presentations and experiences, keeping the energy high and engagement to a maximum.
