Full Day Team Build at Yellowfoot Lodge
The Yellowfoot lodge can accommodate 60 people on site. We have a vast range of learning experiences and scenarios we can use with your team.
Whether you have a new team, just come together and need to bond the team, open up communications and understand strengths and weaknesses. Or perhaps you have a solid team and wish to improve performance, or perhaps a team with some difficulties or even dysfunctional, and require some remedial action to help fix it. We can assist.
The learning experiences together with our facilitation throughout the day ensures the very best of putting your team through situations that can be tailored to improve, communications; understanding goals, objectives and strategies; team dynamics; openness, trust and loyalty; motivation; removing blockers to success.
The Experience
Alongside the previous we try to build in as much fun as possible. Our learning experiences can consist of a number of outside activities, using our 5 acres of space and if required our climbing and ariel ropeway activities. We also have a vast number of indoor activities to expose the team to, and will often mix and match for specific learning needs.
Some teams will balance a half day focussed team building with a half day of more fun related elements. The choice is yours.
