Organisations are often keen to develop the leadership qualities of their key people.
The "hearts and minds" that true leaders inspire are critical to the organisations success. We offer a number of learning experiences that will help identify individual's improvement areas as well as those with natural leadership qualities.
Through different applied learning, we will assist in moving the individual to be more aware of how they are performing, are perceived by others and impact on the team dynamics.
During the exercises it is critical that the Yellowfoot facilitator, move the team and individuals to the places they need to be, emotionally and intellectually. This aides significantly the individual and team learning. All learning will have the synopsis of, what was that all about? What did people see, experience, learn? How is this translated back at the office/work place. This is what we saw, discussion etc.
This approach really opens up the communication channels within the teams. We tackle head on problem areas and diffuse problematic situations should this be counter productive to the team or individual.
