Yellowfoot Experiences Limited asked for contracts to be signed as agreement to specific events and bookings. We have Terms and Conditions for events booked at Yellowfoot Lodge and for events booked offsite. Details of both are below.
Yellowfoot Lodge Terms and conditions.
YELLOWFOOT EXPERIENCES LTD TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Faxed copies of the contract and their contents form an agreement between the client and yellowfoot and original signed copies should be posted to us for the attention of Sarah Seymour, Yellowfoot Experiences Ltd, Yellowfoot Lodge, Pococks Lane, Eton, Berkshire, SL4 6HW.
- Full prepayment of the cost of event must be received no later than 7 days before the event.
- The final number of delegates attending the event will be confirmed to yellowfoot at least 48 working hours prior to the day of the event. If the number decreases yellowfoot will charge for the number originally quoted. If the number increases the client will be charged per additional delegate at the rate quoted on the contract.
- Yellowfoot grants a license to use the lodge and grounds strictly for the purpose of the function and at the times set out.
- No food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the lodge by the client or guests with out prior consent being given by yellowfoot in writing.
- All quotations are guaranteed for 30 days of the date of the contract.
- If signed copies of the contract and terms and conditions are not received either by fax or post within five days of the date on the contract yellowfoot reserves the right to cancel the booking by informing the client by email, letter or fax.
- Cancellation by the client must be in writing to yellowfoot administration a copy of which can be emailed or faxed.
- Please note that in the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
Cancellation received with 12 weeks notice will incur no charge
Cancellation received within 12 - 6 weeks notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the contract
Cancellation received with less than 6 weeks will incur a charge equal to 100% of the contract - Yellowfoot shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property of any person using the lodge or activities undertaken with yellowfoot under this agreement. Should any loss or damage occur this should be reported immediately to a member of the yellowfoot team and should be noted in writing. Any loss should also be reported to the police within 24 hours.
- The client shall be liable for any loss or damage caused to any part of yellowfoot lodge premises, or to any fixtures and equipment permanently on site. The client shall also be liable for any loss or damage to any fixtures or equipment that have been specifically hired in for the event to be run at yellowfoot lodge under this agreement, or and property introduced to yellowfoot lodge premises by the client themselves.
- The event shall terminate at the time stated. An additional charge may be made at the discretion of Yellowfoot for any over run.

YELLOWFOOT EXPERIENCES LIMITED TERMS & CONDITIONS - EVENT
- Faxed copies of the contract and their contents form an agreement between the client and Yellowfoot Experiences Limited and original signed copies should be posted to us for the attention of Sarah Seymour, Yellowfoot Experiences Limited, Yellowfoot Lodge, Pococks Lane, Eton, Berkshire, SL4 6HW.

- Any and all of the trademarks, trade names, copyrights and other intellectual property rights used in connection with the event, and in the accompanying written materials, remain the sole property of Yellowfoot or those companies represented.
- Cancellation by the client must be in writing to Yellowfoot administration a copy of which can be emailed or faxed.

Programme expenses such as travel, conferencing, meals, accommodation, third party services, etc. will be billed directly to you by the provider of the facilities, unless otherwise agreed prior to acceptance. All claims for motor mileage will be charged at 50p per mile from our base in Eton, Berkshire.
