Our space is yours exclusively for your meeting or event. We can comfortably accommodate
meetings for 50 people inside the lodge with meetings for larger groups catered for with marquees.
With one break out room, others room can be created with small marquees.
Our meeting room is filled with natural light from one side of the room by an
entire glass wall, the space is clean and open, the atmosphere is relaxed. You'll be provided with
full AV equipment to support presentations, including full DVD and VHS playback facility, via our
state of the art projector. Wireless internet is available for free for up to 4 pc's. 2 flip
charts and pens are also included.
Whilst at yellowfoot you will be treated to toasted bagels, fresh fruit, croissants, smoothies,
on arrival. With Krispy Kreme doughnuts during your morning break. A wonderful buffet lunch including
a selection of wraps, chicken kebabs, and food that will keep even the largest of appetite’s satisfied. Beverages of great fresh ground coffee and a wonderful selection of teas can be enjoyed through the entire day not just at designated breaks.

As an example of our flexibility and range of options we recently organised a day here for
150 people. They held their meeting in a marquee, taking advantage of our outdoor space, whilst the
lodge became a food court for the day. The group then enjoyed activities in the afternoon using the
ropes course here in the grounds.
